"Helped me create a truly special and unique ring. 2 of the small diamonds fell out within a week and I was really stressed out about the quality of the build and how long it would last as a ring my wife wears daily. They made adjustments to the settings and helped us with the 2 missing diamonds at their expense. 3 years later and we haven’t lost another stone from this ring and it is still a ring my wife wears daily."
